AI in Indian recruitment Industry

I simply don’t see the level of alarm in the mind of recruiters as to how easily Artificial Intelligence is going to disrupt their careers.

Case in point. Within couple of years, we are going to see platform level integration between AI and Recruitment Job boards to source the most relevant and suitable candidates. Platform-level AI integration with job boards is already in motion and new data constructs like “Candidate Ranking” with Cultural fit parameters is already a Work-in-Progress.

From there on, one only has to connect with a candidate via written forms of communication or verbally. Searching a database or job board and spending time to get the most suitable candidate will be mostly a redundant activity. Here also, people with outstanding communication skills (or selling skills) will end up in the long run.
